Any time, from your profile → Manage membership. Your perks run to the end of the month you’ve paid for and you won’t be charged again. There are no refunds for part of a month.
Yes, from the same place. Moving up starts straight away — you pay the difference for the rest of the month, and get that share of the new tier’s extra free Max Qs; the full allowance starts next month. Moving down starts when the month you’ve paid for ends.
A question you pay to put at the top of the crew's queue during a live show. Moonshot members get one free each month, Deep Space three. If the crew don't get to it, it's refunded automatically — a free one goes back to your month.
